A. Spoon Full of Sugar Blog Hop

Happy Saturday! Today, I'm joining in a blog hop for Annette Witherspoon's two year anniversary of blogging. You should be coming from Sarah Hamer's blog, and to start from the beginning, please see Annette's blog.

I don't even remember how I met Annette, but we've been blog friends for about a year and a half. I've always loved her cards (cheerful, colorful, often punny), and she is a total whiz with her die-cutting skills, as evidenced HERE or HERE. I never know what kind of card Annette is going to make, and I love that! I love that! Congrats, Annette for two years of blogging!

To wish her well, I made a little card using some of my Two Peas digi supplies:

I started off by stamping the Adrienne Looman Doilies in white and different sizes (there are three). Then, I a did a ton of misting with the Adrienne Looman Mists--I switched up the sizes, rotation, colors, and opacity to get the effect. Here's a close-up:

Lastly, I used a Kristina Werner digital brush for the sentiment. I picked this sentiment because I think Annette is pretty amazing. :)  I finished the card off with some May Arts ribbon.

Since I used all Two Peas supplies, I thought I would do a little giveaway. On Tuesday night, I'll draw a winner for a $10 gift certificate to Two Peas. To enter, just leave a comment. You don't have to become a follower (although it's appreciated!). If you visit Annette's blog and leave a comment, you'll get an extra entry.

Now, last on the blog hop is Annette, and I know she has some prizes she's giving away. You can see her blog HERE.

Thanks for looking!

  1. Wow, this is simply beautiful. I love everything you create, but I think this is my favorite. Can I ask what kind of printer you have? My color lazer (Xerox brand) died on me about six months ago, and I only had it for a year. I'm looking for a new printer and your images are always so clean and vibrant!
