The Play Date Cafe (and Exciting News!)

I've been dying to spill the beans and now I finally can. I'm joining The Play Date Cafe's DT! Holy moley, I still can't believe it! I'm so honored to be joining some really fabulous designers, including fellow newbies Anya, Angi, Lynn, and Veronica (and three more that will be revealed tomorrow so be sure to check out PDCC's blog).

To celebrate, I'm playing along with the current challenge:

And here's what I came up with:

Yep, I'm into quilting patterns lately. ha ha I used a Dresden plate template and cut all of the layers out on my Cameo. I mixed patterned papers from Studio Calico, Echo Park, and My Mind's Eye for the layers. Here's a close-up:

I finished off the card with a little wood veneer heart I stained with a mist and a Hero Arts sentiment.
