For today's card, I wanted to make a more masculine card using the October 2011 KOTM:
I stamped the bird on white with a dark purple ink and fussy cut the image. Then, I stamped the sentiment out of the same kit, added some die-cut chevrons, and inked the edges of the card. Here's a close-up:
The bird is so cool--I love that stamp! The sentiment was intentionally slightly off-set to balance the tail of the bird. (The way I stamp, it very well could be an oops, but in this case, it was purposeful--ha ha)
