Mom
Happy Wednesday! Today, the Print Candee team is having a blog hop. To join us, you can start at the Print Candee blog and follow along:

Our theme is Mother's Day (can you believe we're that close to May??), and I started out with a little card for mom:
I used one of Kristina Werner's sketches for this card (she makes the best sketches!). All of the papers except the yellow stripe are from the Head's Up Girls' Pink Lemonade paper pack. I used a My Favorite Things alpha die to die-cut the letters, and I fussy cut two lemons and added some glitter on top. Here's a close-up:
Aren't those lemons too cute? I love these summery papers.
To go with the card, I made a small banner. I used SteffNeff's EZ Party Template Pennant Banner, shrunk the banner down in Photoshop, and added the same Pink Lemonade papers as the card and the yellow and white zig zag stripe from the Barnyard paper pack. Here's how it turned out:
To make the labels, I used the Print Candee Scalloped Circle Frames, recolored them in Photoshop, and added the letters. I added glitter around the edges of the frames, which you can see in the close-up:

Great use of papers Jocelyn. Lots of summery loveliness to feast my eyes on - and that touch of glitter is perfect! Cute banner too!
