Just a quick post to a card I made yesterday for the Create sketch challenge:
I stamped the background in blue and then added some digital kites from Rhonna Farrer's Uplifting Kites. They look like her MME line, which I adore! Here's a close-up of the kites:
Finally, I stamped the Ali Edwards' sentiment and added some washi tape to look like grass/hills. I how airy the card turned out...especially on a rainy day like today.
Have a great day!
sooo darn cute...Love those fun kites...great design..love the paper you used...
ReplyDeleteI know spring is supposed to bring rain, but in my mind it's supposed to look like your card! Gentle breezes to fly kites, and bright & cheerful :)
ReplyDeleteLove the sentiment, and the fun washi tapes!
Ooh love those digi kites! Such a fun, artsy look!
ReplyDeleteThis is adorable and so happy! I love the papers you used for the kites and that washi tape is perfect as grass. I also love how you use AE's TT stamps. I bought some just 'cause of you but I don't use it nearly as well as you do!!
ReplyDeleteLove the bright colours and the cheerful design! Oh yes, and then there's the washi tape...
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun card, especially with the pops of red against the subtle pretty sky blue background.
